To create a custom field, navigate to Settings > Portal Config and select a specific portlet. Click on Project Settings, then click "Custom Project Fields" to expand the section. On the lower right click on the plus button to begin creating a field.
Configure as desired (custom fields can be optional or required, and optional fields can be visible or hidden just like standard project detail fields) and save. Custom fields will display below the "Notes" field in the Details section of the Project Information tab and will apply to all projects within the selected portlet. Agencies with multiple portlets can create different custom fields for each, as needed. Administrators can also edit custom fields as needed or delete if they later decide to discontinue their use. |
