Configuring your new e-PlanREVIEW® portal

This article provides instructions for configuring a new deployment of e-PlanREVIEW® (EPR). 

About the Seed Database

The application comes preloaded with default seed data to get you started.

It includes:

  1. A user account with administrative privileges.
  2. Pre-configured role-based permissions that follow best practices.
  3. Sample Groups, Lists, Reports and email templates that can be modified and added to.


Prerequisites:

  1. Login as a user with Administrator privileges.

Step-by-step guide

The following steps should be completed by an Administrator in this order:

  1. Branding your Site
  2. Complete the Address page
  3. Configure SMTP/Email settings
  4. Configuring List Types and List Items
  5. Configure Groups for Document Review
  6. Managing Stamps
  7. Configure Role-based Permissions
  8. Create User accounts
  9. Configuring Membership Distributions
  10. Password Settings
  11. Upload Standard Comments
  12. Configure Workflow Distributions
  13. Correction Report Templates
