How to submit support ticket
The fastest way to get help with e-PlanREVIEW® (EPR) is through our Atlassian Jira Service Desk ticket. If it’s a critical issue and needs immediate support use your agency’s assigned Slack channel. You may access the Service Desk ticketing system from within EPR (see screenshot below).
NOTE: If this is your first time accessing the Service Desk system, you will be required to create a free Atlassian Service Desk account.
