Rules for Preventing Duplicate Assignments
In this article we discuss the rules that EPR enforces to prevent creating duplicate plan review assignments.
Examples of acceptable assignments are shown below.
These consist of a unique combination of the File Record and Group and Review Type and Assigned Reviewer, where Review Type and/or Assigned Reviewer can each be blank (null).
If an Assignment exists with this information:
Then EPR does not allow a duplicate assignment for the same File/Group/ReviewType/User combination.
