What Is My Document Status?
During the course of a project application submittal or resubmittal, goPost™ provides additional information about individual plan submittal files. This information is displayed as a status icon next to the document and will update during each step of the process. When a new version of a file is uploaded, the document status is shared across all versions of the document.
During Upload
While uploading a file to goPost, the Scout™ check will return status as an icon, both for the overall document as well as for each technical requirement being checked. Click on the icon to view the status of each individual technical requirement.
ICON | NAME | WHAT IT MEANS |
---|---|---|
Scout Acceptance | Scout has confirmed that the document uploaded has passed all minimum technical requirements. | |
Scout Rejection | At least one technical requirement has not been met by the document. | |
Requirement - Pass | The requirement has passed inspection. | |
Requirement - Fail | The requirement has failed inspection. |
After Upload
After a file has been accepted by Scout, goPost will begin tracking an overall status for each document. This status is recorded as follows and updated at significant steps.
ICON | NAME | WHAT IT MEANS |
---|---|---|
Pending | The document has been uploaded to the project application and is ready to submit. Alternatively, a new version has been uploaded and is ready to submit. | |
Submitted | The document has been submitted to the Agency and is awaiting processing. | |
Approved | The document has been approved by all reviewers. | |
Rejected (Corrections Required) | At least one reviewer requires corrections to the document. A resubmittal may be required. | |
On Hold/Canceled | All reviewers have determined this document is not applicable or does not require review. |
The document status is an aggregate taking into account the feedback from all reviews for that document.
