In this article we discuss the rules that EPR enforces to prevent creating duplicate plan review assignments.

Examples of acceptable assignments are shown below.

These consist of a unique combination of the File Record and Group and Review Type and Assigned Reviewer, where Review Type and/or Assigned Reviewer can each be null.



If an Assignment exists with this information:


Then EPR does not allow a duplicate assignment for the same File/Group/ReviewType/User combination.
