Call this method to upload plan review documents (in PDF format) and supporting attachments (any file format) for a particular Project,

Method	Notes
POST/uploadDocument	Scout PDF will be invoked automatically. Plan review documents rejected by Scout cannot be uploaded to EPR. The customer must correct the issues noted before proceeding.

Best Practices

We recommend passing your PK/GUID to the 'vendor_id' if your application creates data records for documents.
