This article provides information about the Settings/Environment/Email page. Use the Email page to configure SMTP settings for emails sent from eplansoft REVIEW.

1. Select Environment/Email from the Navigation menu.
2. Complete Email Destinations section.
   1. From Name: Displays on the "From" field for system generated emails.
   2. From Email: Displays on the "From email" field for system generated emails.
   3. System Admin Email: Email(s) for users who are meant to receive System Alerts.
   4. Notification Interval: Number of minutes to wait before grouping notifications and sending them as a single email.
3. Complete SMTP Settings section.
   1. Server Name: Valid agency email server nameEnter the server address.
   2. Server Port: Port Enter port number used for outgoing emails.
   3. User: Valid agency SMTP user account  Enter the user name for the SMTP server account.
   4. Password: Valid agency SMTP user account password Enter the password for the SMTP server account.
4. SMTP Status: Once settings are saved, page will display a Valid/Invalid SMTP Status Confirmation.
