Display Standard Comment Quick Toolbar

Toggle ‘ON’ to display a Quick Comment toolbar that allows you to quickly insert one of your pre-selected, favorite standard comments. Comment selection must be preconfigured from within each user profile’s COMMENT LIST tab.

Use Current Map View

Toggle ‘ON’ to save the current page position and page zoom as your preferred view.

This setting automatically turns off after saving.

Bypass Document Foreground

Enables users to view document pages using black-and-white color for the foreground objects (this usually matches the original look of the file). Keeping this ‘ON' is strongly recommended.

Turn this ‘OFF’ to enable the ‘Document Foreground’ selection below.

Order Page by Current Version

Toggle ‘ON’ to override the default sorting and display of document pages and instead sort pages based on the page order of the most recent document submittal version. (Pages missing from the latest version will list beneath them.)

After turning this ‘ON’ user will need to log out and log back in to see this changes take effect.

Pin-Open New Comment by Default

Toggle ‘ON’ so that any new comments are created as ‘pinned open’ comments [add link] displaying text directly in the review window and on the printed plans.

Display Submittal Version Tags

Displays a submittal tag on each thumbnail for every version of the plan received. Teal tags reflect that the page is part of that submittal; gray tags mean the page was not part of that submittal.

Turn ‘OFF’ to hide submittal version tags from all thumbnails.

Enable Panning on Active Thumbnail

Toggle ‘ON’ to display a pan/zoom frame within the current thumbnail. Drag or resize the frame within the thumbnail to pan and zoom on the review page.

Auto-enable Responses on New Comments

Toggle ‘ON’ so that any new comments are created with ‘Response Enabled’

by default, allowing other users and/or ReviewSession

guests to respond as needed.

Automatically Save Markups (Select preferred frequency)

Toggle ‘ON’ to automatically save markups periodically rather than relying on manual saving. Set preferred frequency from drop-down options.

Automatic saving may interrupt markups-in-progress.

Document Foreground Color

Once enabled (see above), click to select a new foreground layer color for plans.

Document Background Color

Click to select a new background layer color for plans.

Canvas Color

Click to select a new canvas layer color to display behind the plans.

Original Document Color

Used for overlay comparisons. Click to select a new color for base layer beneath the overlay.

Overlay Color

Used for overlay comparisons. Click to select a new color for the overlay layer.

RESET TO DEFAULT

Click to reset all choices to the system default.

CANCEL

Click to close window and cancel any changes.

SAVE

Click to close window and save any changes.
