This article provides information about the Settings/Configuration/Stamps page. Upload your electronic stamps in PNG or JPG format, then assign the stamps to the users who will conduct plan review. Stamps saved in PNG files with a transparent background are recommended. Users who conduct plan review will be assigned specific stamps to use in the Plan Review page.

Prerequisites:   

  1. Create PNG stamp files or JPG/JPEG stamp files for upload.
  2. Give each stamp a descriptive name

  1. From the Configuration/Stamps page, select the + button to open a Stamp Detail form.
  2. Image AddedBrowse for a PNG or JPG file.
    1. Stamp file sizes must be greater than 5KB.
  3. Provide the Firm/Agency name. 
  4. Stamps placed on documents during review will automatically display a placement timestamp.
    1. To also display the Project number below the stamp, toggle  On the ‘Display with Project Number’ setting.
  5. Select the Save button. (required)

Once a stamp has been uploaded, it can be added to any user account. See Managing User Accounts.
