Groups, for either Permitting or Design Review projects, are used in the following manner:

1. Users who conduct plan review must be associated to one or many Groups, for either or both purposes.
   • See Steps to creating a new user account.
2. Each plan review Assignment is associated to a Group.
   • The Assignment Status can only be changed by users who are members of the group.
