Administrators can run and export reporting data (in .csv format) across a variety of values from the EPR Reports page near the top of the navigation menu. Reporting options are broken down into three sections: reports by Assignment, reports by Project, and reports by User.


Assignment Reporting

Assignment reporting focuses on collecting information about plan review tasks (“assignments”).

Run a report immediately by clicking Download ( (blue star) ) or click on Apply Filters to Report ( (blue star) ) to add optional report parameters before running the report.

Open Assignments

Report listing all current assignments with a NOT STARTED or ACTIVE parent status.

CSV export fields include Project Number, Project Name, Document Assignment Name, Current Submittal Number, Group, Assignee, Assignment Start Date, Assignment Due Date, Days Open (which calculates a number from the created date to the current date), and Status.

These parameters are available for any of the three reports:

  • Assignment created after (select date)

  • Assignment created before (select date)

  • Assignee (select user or users)

  • Project Number (select project or projects)

Overdue Assignments

Report listing current assignments with a DUE DATE occurring in the past that still display a NOT STARTED or ACTIVE parent status.

CSV export fields include Project Number, Project Name, Document Assignment Name, Current Submittal Number, Group, Assignee, Assignment Start Date, Assignment Due Date, Days Open (which calculates a number from the Created Date to the current date), Days Overdue (which calculates a number from the Due Date to the current date), and Status.

All Assignments & Time Tracking

Report listing all assignments within EPR including statuses, reviewers, time-tracking data, and due dates.

CSV export fields include Project ID, Project Number, Project Name, Project Status, Project Date Created, Project Due Date, Document ID, Document Filename, Current Submittal Number, Assignment ID, Assignment Assignee, Assignment Group, Assignment Status, Assignment Due Date, Assignment Assigned Date, Assignment Created Date, TimeTracker Reviewer, TimeTracker Reviewed Document Cycle, and TimeTracker Total Time Reviewed.

Report parameters within a single report can be combined or used individually.


Project Reporting

Project reporting focuses on collecting information at the project level, primarily focusing on project statuses.

Run a report immediately by clicking Download ( (blue star) ) or click on Apply Filters to Report ( (blue star) ) to add optional report parameters before running the report.

All Projects

Report listing all projects within EPR. Filter according to Statuses, Project Types, and Creation Date.

CSV export fields include Project Number, Project Name, Project Status, Project Type, Manager Name, Creation Date, Start Date, Due Date, Last Status Update, Total Days to Current Status, and Days Overdue.

  • Project created after (select date)

  • Project created before (select date)

  • Project Number (select project or projects)

  • Project Status (select status or statuses)

  • Project Type (select type or types)

Completed Projects

Report listing projects with a CYCLE COMPLETE, PASS, WITHDRAWN or FAIL parent status that was last updated within the selected date range.

CSV export fields include Project Number, Project Name, Start Date, Due Date, Last Status Update, Total Days to Current Status, Days Overdue, and Status.

  • Status updated after (select date)

  • Status updated before (select date)

  • Project Number (select project or projects)

Open Projects

Report listing ALL projects with an OPEN parent status.

CSV export fields include Project Number, Project Name, Start Date, Due Date, and Status.

OnHold Projects

Report listing ALL projects with an ON HOLD parent status.

CSV export fields include Project Number, Project Name, Start Date, Due Date, Days Open, and Status.

Overdue Projects

Report listing current projects with a DUE DATE occurring in the past that display an OPEN parent status.

CSV export fields include Project Number, Project Name, Start Date, Due Date, Days Open, Days Overdue, Project Manager, and Status.

Total Time Per Project

Report summating total time spent on projects based on users' self-reporting.

CSV export fields include Project Number, Project Name, Status, and Time in Minutes.

User Reporting

User reporting focuses on collecting time spent on plan review tasks (“assignments”) at the user level.

Run a report immediately by clicking Download ( (blue star) ) or click on Apply Filters to Report ( (blue star) ) to add optional report parameters before running the report.

Assignment Time By User

Report listing time spent conducting plan review within the selected date range as self-reported by staff.

CSV export fields include First Name, Last Name, User Role, Groups, Number of Assignments, and Total Time Logged in Minutes.

  • Username (select user or users)

Total Time Per User

Report summating total time spent on assignments based on users' self-reporting.

CSV export fields include User Name (First Name and Last Name), Time in Minutes, and Number of Assignments Reported.

Additional reporting (beyond the existing preconfigured reports) can be accomplished by users familiar with SQL or MySQL once granted access to your agency’s database. Administrator-level users can contact the e-PlanSoft team for more information about obtaining database access to your data.
