Group Status Config

Groups can be further managed by controlling which plan review assignments statuses they can select when conducting plan review. While a newly created group can access any active assignment status by default, this can be restricted if the Agency desires. Refer to Group Status Config for more information.


Managing Group Status Options

To restrict the assignment status values accessible by any or all Groups:

  1. Navigate within the EPR menu to Settings > Configuration > Group Status Config.

  2. Click within the “Purpose” dropdown and select either For Permitting or For Design Review.

  3. Click within the “Group” dropdown to select a group value.

    1. The Groups that are available will depend on which group values exist within your agency.

    2. The list of existing Assignment Status values will display beneath the dropdowns.

  4. Use the “Show” toggles to enable (green, toggled to the right) or disable (gray, toggled to left) whether each assignment status option appears for users within the selected group during plan review.

To configure assignment status choices for other groups, select another group from the “Groups” dropdown and repeat step 4 as needed. This allows different groups to have different assignment status choices, if desired.

Changes will update automatically. If a user is already logged into a review page, they may need to reload or log out and back in to see the update.

Certain statuses that have workflow steps tied to them, such as “Active”, an equivalent active status, or anything that is currently a default status, should not be disabled.
