User Role

Description

Administrator

Responsible for user accounts, permission settings and site configuration.

Project Manager

This user typically manages their own Projects.

Project Coordinator

This user typically coordinates many projects for one or more Managers.

Group Manager

This user manages plan reviewers in his Group.

Reviewer

This individual conducts plan review.


ContributorAn individual who has been granted permissions to view and respond to comments made by the Reviewers, but will not perform plan review. Their role is primarily to participate in comment-and-response discussion threads. Consider project owners, sub-contractors, etc., candidates for this user role. 


Full licenses grant the right for a user to be any one of the non-contributor roles, which give them access to the markup tool, access to project records, and/or internal functions such as document intake, creating deliverable documents, or even portal configuration (based on the specific role’s permissions).


Contributors are a limited access role with access restricted to projects they have been assigned and abilities limited to viewing and/or responding to comments as well as accessing marked up PDFs for referencing. These licenses are not intended for markup tool access or participating in the full plan review process.
