This article describes how a goPost Public Portal (goPost) user downloads reviewed plans and reports.

Prerequisites:

The user has been notified via email that a deliverable package is ready for download.

Step 1: Open the Project record by selecting the ellipsis and choosing the Edit icon

Step 2: Select the DELIVERABLES tab 

The red chip indicates the number of deliverable (.ZIP) packages available for download.

Step 3: Find the most recent zip file package in the list and select the download icon.

The package name includes the project number and date stamp.

Step 4: Open the zip file package and extract the documents to your device

Correction reports and supporting documents will be found in the Attachments folder.

Applicants will use goPost™️ to download marked-up plans whenever resubmittals are required and then eventually retrieve the stamped plans when they have been approved.

When Corrections are Required

Whenever staff determine that changes or corrections to the plans are required, you will receive a notification to download the marked-up plans.

To retrieve the plans:

1. Log in to goPost

2. Open the Project

   1. From the Dashboard, click on the Project Number or Project Name hyperlink or click on the Edit ( )button within Additional Options ( ).

   2. From the Projects, click on the Edit ( ) button within the Additional Options ( ).

3. Select the DELIVERABLES tab

   1. If the status requires corrections and you do not see a DELIVERABLES tab, consult with agency staff.

   2. The red badge indicates the number of deliverable packages (.zip) available for download.

4. Download the package

   1. Check for the package with the most recent “Date Received”. The latest package will be at the top.

   2. Click on the Download ( ) button to download the .zip package.

5. Open the .zip package

   1. You should see any PDF plans that have been marked up, an Attachments folder with your corrections letter as well as any reference files, and a text document labeled “info” that includes the project application number for reference.

When Plans are Approved

Whenever your plans are approved, you will receive a notification to download the stamped plans.

To retrieve the plans:

1. Log in to goPost

2. Open the Project

   1. From the Dashboard, click on the Project Number or Project Name hyperlink or click on the Edit ( )button within Additional Options ( ).

   2. From the Projects, click on the Edit ( ) button within the Additional Options ( ).

3. Select the DELIVERABLES tab

   1. If the status is Approved and you do not see a DELIVERABLES tab, consult with agency staff.

   2. The red badge indicates the number of deliverable packages (.zip) available for download.

4. Download the package

   1. Check for the package with the most recent “Date Received”. The latest package will be at the top.

   2. Click on the Download ( ) button to download the .zip package.

5. Open the .zip package

   1. You should see all stamped plans, an Attachments folder that may contain reference files, and a text document labeled “info” that includes the project application number for reference.
